We are looking for a qualified administrative support to join our administration team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and the accounting department.
- Be the link between sales, operating suppliers and customers
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers
- Checking data accuracy in orders and translated it in pre-invoicing
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Customer communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Independant and autonomous mindset
